At OakParkApartments.com we realize that life happens but the reality of a lease is that it is a legal and binding contract. If you, as a tenant, find yourself in a situation that requires you need to break your lease there are some things that you must know and do.
- Notify OakParkApartments.com as soon as possible.
- You may find a replacement tenant or pay a relet fee equal to one month’s rent and OakParkApartments.com will start marketing your apartment for you.
- If you find a replacement tenant that tenant must submit to a credit check and be approved by OakParkApartments.com.
- You are responsible for rent until the new tenant has signed a lease and has moved in.
